We collect information you provide directly (such as your Minecraft username, email address, support messages, and purchase details) and information collected automatically (such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, and server logs).
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. If you make a purchase, payment information is processed by Tebex and payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
We may collect identifiers associated with your account or device (such as usernames or session identifiers) to operate services and prevent abuse.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the server, deliver purchases, provide support, enforce rules, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
If you contact us, we may keep records of communications to help resolve issues and improve our services.

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal data under legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

- Tebex Limited — payment processing and merchant of record.
- OVH (Poland) — server hosting infrastructure.

Our primary server hosting is in Poland (EU). If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards where required.
